Itch Studio Ltd. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the UI Color Palette Designer mobile application (the “App”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.
We do not collect, store, use, or share any personal data from our users. The App has no account, no login and no server of ours, and it contains no tracking or analytics of any kind.
The palettes you create, the presets you save and your app settings are stored on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, presets and settings sync privately through your own iCloud account so they are available on your other devices. That data is held in your Apple account under Apple's terms and privacy policy, and is never sent to us or to any third party.
Exporting code, saving a palette image to Photos or sharing a palette uses the standard iOS share and file facilities, and the destination is whatever you choose at that moment. Nothing is transmitted to us as part of exporting or sharing.
Since we do not collect data, we do not use your data for any purposes other than the local functioning of the App on your device.
The security of your data is important to us. Since your data is stored on your device and in your own iCloud account, you retain full control over it.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under GDPR. Since we do not collect personal data, we do not hold any data to correct, amend, delete, or limit.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us:
This Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy, including any questions regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
